As part of the residency program, all residents are encouraged to engage in various scholarly activities. These activities include quality improvement projects, poster presentations, case reports, analysis and reports, and journal publications. Additionally, residents receive specialized training in longitudinal quality improvement projects that focus on process analyses and effective implementation interventions. Our program encourages residents to explore their specific interests in family medicine by pursuing research projects. Each project is led by a faculty member and receives support from both our sponsoring and partner institutions.
